ears indicating the strong community of women and men that participated at this Programme. These lines are at once a reflection of the community that was built up at Bangkok and is also a strong indicator of the consciousness and concern expressed for struggles in Asia with a clear vision.

To conclude, there have been shortcomings and unexpected departures from the announced schedules. But there were also unexpected help coming in from sources that we never foresaw. The solidarity and willingness of friends in Bangkok to help in the successful implementation of this Programme is one 'in the list. Most of all, it was the willingness of the participants to struggle together to learn from each other's mistakes and successes that made this Programme a success.

As staff we are indeed happy to say that the mutual sharing sessions at this Programme has been an education for us, and we are hopeful that in the years to come the time we spent at Bangkok would show its results in the people we have worked with.
