EVALUATION

The participants, in a personal evaluation of the HRD programme, said they have learnt much of women's issues and in the analysis of the forces of exploitation and oppression. They will take this knowledge back to their SCMs.

They said they had experienced personal development in terms of leadership training.

For many, a change in thinking and attitudes towards women has resulted for both men and women. As a result, attempts will be made to try to educate others in the family, church and work-place. For a few, the HRD programme provided some direction and material for further research work.
