WORKSHOPS
The workshops were held at the end of the HRD '86 programme. Thus, the participants, after having ploughed
through the various issues that arose from the inputs and dialogues were able
to give a concrete direction to the programme. To
incise deeper into the issues, problems, ideas and concepts, small working
groups were formed. The participants had the choice of joining the group of
her/his interest. It was during the workshops, that the participants were able
to draw a common and real picture of the issues and the problems. The
participants not only analysed the information but
incorporated their concepts and common perception into the framework of the
global scene.
In the light of the HRD '86 theme, the participants were
divided into four workshop groups:-
