OPENING WORSHIP

Opening worship organized by the Host Committee was led by Rev. C. M. Kao, General Secretary of the Presbyterian Church m Taiwan. leaking on leadership/ he quoted the Scripture lesson of David and Goliath. He said that David armed with five stones in his bag, had the courage to challenge his enemy to save his people from oppression, in order to lead our people during the present time/ Rev. Kao said that we must imbibe the following qualities:

acceptance of reality

dedicate our talent

trust in the Lord

persist in our vision

humility

After the Opening Worship and Fellowship/ the participants left Taipei for the Presbyterian Seminary in Tainan City where the programs was held.
