Fomation of Committees

1. Steering Committee-

- To ensure the over-all flow and transition of the SELF-program,

- To check the flow of daily program and collect the participant's comments and suggestions.

- To concretise the daily activities of the program.

2. Bible Study and Worship Committee.

- To prepare and arrange for the daily bible studies and short worshi;.

- To prepare for the closing worship on August 18

3. Documentation Team

- To prepare the written report of the SELF

4. Community Life Committee

- To prepare for 4 cultural nights and the farewell party,

- To suggest any outdoor and recreational activities,

- To arrange night sessions (if any),

- To prepare energisers between the sessions

5. Pastoral Care Team

- To provide pastoral care to the participants

6. Time Keeper for the Day

- To make sure that all sessions starts on time
